I did not expect Jorts to level up like that this year. What a leap in production. Also, life imitates art as Western Illinois IRL has started landing some prime recruits due to changes in the coaching staff: https://chicago.suntimes.com/2020/6/27/21305416/western-illinois-basketball-nick-irvin

One thing I just noticed about Jorts: his 'tendencies' circle is way bigger than anyone else's on the team. Basically he's programmed to take a ton of shots. At least he's been efficient in doing it. One of the best centers we've ever had IMO.

3 of Louisville's 5 starters from Illinois, they're going to be pumped. That being said, Elite Eight game of WIU-Kansas is inevitable.

I hope you're right. Reaching the Elite Eight with four new starters would be an incredible season. Louisville looks even better than Dayton on paper, so I'll start to believe if we get past them.

What is up with this game and UofL recruiting only guards lmao

The game ranks guards way above any other position in the recruiting rankings for some reason. Centers get shafted the most, oftentimes there isn't a center ranked in the top-100. So Louisville is probably just going after the best players, who all happen to be guards. I'm hoping this gives us a chance because their roster looks stacked.

OK, here's the app: https://blogteam.glideapp.io/

We decided what the prize is going to be: the winner gets to create themselves (or a character) as a recruit that we'll follow throughout the series. Maybe we can land them Western Illinois. Maybe they go elsewhere and we schedule games against them. Maybe we face them in the tournament. It will be fun.
