Let me preface that by saying I absolutely love, love, love this series; I'm a hardcore 2K8er, and I'm currently running my own Legacy, trying to emulate "Ricky Charisma's" success. Was just curious, where do your ratings currently stand, especially your offense, defense, and teaching ratings? My teaching is currently at a B rating, and as far as I know (and correct me if I'm wrong), that's what increases your players' ratings during the season. I've managed to get a player up to an 85 OVR, but that's it. You've had Kim Kone go from a 65 to the 90s; so I'm assuming your teaching ratings are quite high?
Also, what offense and defense are you running?
