I missed the chat, but I think you may have made the right decision. If you never use your assistant coaches to contact recruits or get their game tape, then their charisma/scouting isn't as important as their other ratings. Tho appeasing the "boosters" can be a good thing too.

Hated missing the stream again, but I had company and wasn't able to get online until the stream was over. Glad everyone else had a good time! 😁
